Workplace Habits

At work, the ESTJ might come across as a bossy or control freak. However, despite this, people with these personality types often develop a reputation in the workplace as trustworthy individuals who can deliver assignments in a timely manner.

Additionally, as these individuals value both logic and order, ESTJs want to bring structure to their both workplace and its surroundings. Which is why, on paper, the ESTJs love of order and organization might make them the ideal candidate for the tech and cybersecurity industry.

Much like the ESTJ, individuals with the ENTJ personality type are often found in management and supervisory positions. ENTJs enjoy solving difficult problems as well as understanding very complex systems so that they can determine areas that need improving. In addition, these individuals want both their and their colleague’s work to be scrutinized based on a set of guidelines.
