The ENTP is a natural debater. This is a personality that enjoys interacting with people who feed them information that entices their natural curiosity. Individuals with this personality type are interested in gathering information and spotting connections that others might have overlooked.
ENTP’s hate conforming to the status quo. As natural debaters, people with these personality types are more inclined to pick jobs in industries such as business or even law. Or anything that provides these individuals with the challenges they need.
The ENTP hates mundane jobs. They don’t mind the routine, but their job must be challenging enough to stimulate their brain on a daily basis. These individuals are natural-born leaders and so, need positions where there is growth or the potential to lead. The worst workplace for an ENTP would be one with a rigid hierarchy. The ENFP personality also enjoys generating new and exciting ideas. The only problem? They rarely see their ideas to completion. Additionally, this is a personality that gets distracted easily.
The ENFP hates routine and organization. They prefer spontaneity and change - a job that allows them to keep their options flexible and open. Workplaces with strict hierarchies and having supervisors who stifle the ENFP’s creativity might also be demoralizing to this personality type.

The ideal career for an ESTP would be one that allows them to be adventurous. ESTPs find it hard to see projects to completion unless it appeals to their natural curiosity.

The ESFP thrives in leadership positions. They love working in positions that appeal to their outgoing and talkative nature. Or any job that puts them in the spotlight.
