Before BGC, Weilis was overseeing retail sales and operations for years. She entered the company as an operations executive, before shortly discovering her passion for people in HR. With a level-head over her shoulders, proactivity and empathetic personality – the rest is history. As the first member of our HR department, Weilis have had the opportunity to work closely with senior management and oversee HR operations in our offices overseas in Hong Kong, KL and Jakarta.

A busy bee, Weilis can be found buzzing in and out of our interview rooms to chat with potential team mates, or setting up conference calls to continuously review HR policies and processes with her team members abroad. She believes that we are all in control of our life – “don’t be afraid of the unknown and change. The first step is always more difficult, but the key is to take a bigger leap each time.”
