Hiep is just a very normal developer with very normal skills.

Well, at least that’s how he loves to introduce himself and what he does for BGC. True to his self-appointed title, he is not one to confuse normal people with technical jargon that they cannot normally understand (because normal is important).

As our IT Solutions Architect – with his vast experience in software development, business analysis, system/network engineering, Scrum, Agile coaching (and more) – he plays a very normal part in working cross departments to ensure that his tech implementations make our current processes more efficient. Our WECARE™ portal for employers and employees is testimony to his continuous improvement efforts here at BGC Group.

When Hiep isn’t overseeing his team mates abroad or tinkering with our recruitment processes, Hiep is pumped about reading new tech that will add to BGC Group’s successes. He prefers to take on a no-nonsense, direct, yet easy-going approach to his work, and he hopes for future members of his team to adopt a similar curiosity for learning and the courage to try.

Our very normal tech guy goes by the motto, “it’s not the time but the experience that counts” – which explains why he has plenty of exciting stories to share. Outside of tech, just ask him about quantum physics, diving, or his current obsession with boxing!
