As an Admin Support staff to you will be providing the administrative and customer service support to the career centre operations. Your duties include:
Responsibilities
· To ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing the data entry within stipulated time in order to achieve valid placements
· Update jobseekers’ information in CC 4.0 accurately (e.g. placement clocking)
· Verify and create new appointment bookings received via the e-appointment system
· Assignment of MP cases
· Making outbound calls to confirm appointment slots for union referrals, follow up on enquiries, programmes outcome etc
· Support for aging reports, statistics generation and other admin work
· Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirement
· Preferable to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging situations/demanding clients
· Meticulous, independent and a team-player
· Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems
· Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Word)
