Salary: $2,100 - $2,500 per month + Variable Bonus

Job Description:
- Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager or director
- Prepare monthly sales reports & meeting slides
- Handling of documents & forms for signature & submission
- Incoming & outgoing mails
- Update of sales reports for contests / challenges
- Handling of customers' calls & enquiries
- Creating powerpoint slides for meetings, trainings or webinars
- Reception duties
Job Requirement:
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- Minimum 2 years of admin coordinator experience.
- Meticulousness and good communications skill
