Job Description:

  • Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager or director
  • Prepare monthly sales reports & meeting slides
  • Handling of documents & forms for signature & submission
  • Incoming & outgoing mails
  • Update of sales reports for contests / challenges
  • Handling of customers' calls & enquiries
  • Creating powerpoint slides for meetings, trainings or webinars
  • Reception duties


Job Requirement:

  • GCE 'N' Level and above
  • Minimum 2 years of admin coordinator experience.
  • Meticulousness and good communications skill
