• Supporting daily operation and maintenance schedule including Saturday Operation (Tuesday to Saturday)
• Supporting and maintaining the training records, database and filing system for projection, registration, schedules, feedbacks and competence assessment.
• Booking and setting up training venues including any audio-visual equipment.
• Checking the invoices from vendors and ensuring the invoices are paid.
• Responding queries and visits to the academy.
• Ensuring adequate supply of stationery is available and re-ordering when necessary.
• Maintaining the physical and listing of asset and inventory.
• Maintaining an up-to-date record of contact points for partners, vendors, clients and trainers.
• Ordering, preparing and distributing training materials, refreshments and trainees’ kits.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the programme manager/centre manager
• Assist in operational tasks at other locations when needed.
