Position Title: Administrative Assistant cum Recep
Working Location: 2 Bukit Merah Central
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
Salary: Up to $2500
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
• Physical concierge assistance and phone call/email management for requests, queries and feedback
• Handles booking of meeting rooms, workstations and AV/IT system (e.g. projectors, TVs) management and office procurements
• Consolidate and analyse resource utilization data
• Facilitate recce sessions/event setup if required
• Coordination for facilities management/fault reporting and rectification
Job Requirements
• Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
