Position Title: Temp Executive, Finance Services
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Hourly rated of UP$14/hour
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
• To assist in the annual stocktake exercise
• Processing asset transactions in financial system and asset management system
• Schedule appointments with agency and perform physical tagging of assets
• Co-ordinate with agency and disposal vendor for asset disposals
• Ad-hoc/Admin task to support operations
**Will need to travel to agencies premises occasionally for stock-take
Job Requirements
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good Communication skills
• Organization and attention to detail
