Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scope:
- Assist in the development of the new licensing system for Phase 2. This includes
o Assisting with usability studies of system with stakeholders
o Coming out with test scenarios to test functions of new licensing system
o Conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT) on functions of new licensing system
- Assist in the Service Mapping Exercise, i.e. to help existing licensees map their service under
Healthcare Services Act (HCSA)
- Manage queries related to the service mapping exercise via the various communication
channels e.g., mailbox, hotlines, service desks
- Assist to prepare communication packages to licensees
- Provide periodic reports on service mapping status and enquiries
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Diploma and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
· Meticulous with attention to details
