About the Role:
You will be involved in assessing funding proposals submitted by Social Service Agencies and reviewing of existing services.
Responsibilities:
· Assess funding proposals of new programmes.
· Collaborate with social service agencies on the conceptualisation and service model of new programmes.
· Develop innovative service models, harnessing community assets, and facilitating the adoption and awareness for these new programmes.
· Prepare and share regular performance analyses of social service programmes with relevant stakeholders for service planning and funding decisions.
· Assess funding renewals in the review and enhancement of existing programmes.
· Manage existing service providers to meet service gaps and needs.
· Provide technical assistance to social service agencies in the review or enhancement of social services.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology.
· This is an Entry Level position, candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply.
