Salary: Up to $2,500 / month

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as preparation and record keeping of tender documents
- Processing of payment & bonds
- Provide support for periodic reviews
- Updating cashflows and closing of contracts, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher NITEC, preferably in electrical / mechanical discipline
- Those without experience are welcome to apply, on-the-job training will be provided.
- Experience in contracts administration will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
