Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday, Office Hours)
Basic Salary: Up to $4,200 per month
About the Role:
You will be part of the team to monitor contracts dates and monetary values with customers.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain an updated list of contracts dates & monetary value with customers. (This includes revenue, delivery milestones, against expenses with vendors)
· Ensure vendor contract dates sufficiently covers the contract duration with customers.
· Liaise with Finance to ensure timely payment and revenue collection.
· Liaise with project managers on budgeting.
· Ensure records & documentation, approvals are sought and properly filed.
Requirement:
• Only Singaporean.
• Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Audit, or Administration.
