Specialization: HR Administration (Work Pass & Onboarding)
Basic Salary: Up to $3,200 per month + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Working Location: Kent Ridge
Working Hours: 5 Days’ Work Week. (Monday to Friday, Office Hours)
About the Role:
You will be part of the HR Shared Services team to executive HR processes and transactions.
Responsibilities:
· Handle the end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
· Prepare offer letter and tracking of offer acceptance via PowerDocs and DocuSign applications.
· Process staff card, IT documentation and work pass for new hires.
· Manage the electronic filing of employee’s P-files.
· Assist in process improvement activities when required.
· Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in Work Pass and Onboarding Administration will be a plus.
