Background:
You will be part of a team to address public queries regarding breaches of HR policies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Handle public enquiries on HR policies.
• Engage companies to provide employment documents.
• Verify and validate employment documents to ensure compliance with the requirement of HR policies.
• Evaluate case facts and provide an assessment according to guidelines and matrices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve cases.
Requirement:
• Background in Administration, Customer Service or Enforcement.
• Experienced with regulatory, investigation work, or HR processes will be advantageous.
