Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
About the Role:
You will be involved in the development, implementation, and review of HR initiatives which covers Payroll, Compensation, Budgeting, and HR Information System (HRIS).
Responsibilities:
· Implement a holistic and effective compensation strategy that attracts and retains different staff segments.
· Lead and conduct annual salary competitive review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the annual compensation and manpower budgeting exercises.
· Conduct job evaluation for key jobs, promotion recommendations and as part of schemes review exercises.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
· Experienced in a managerial or supervisory role with similar scope of work.
· IHRP Certification is an added advantage.
