• 9 Months Contract
• Nearest MRT: Labrador Park
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Purpose:
You will be working closely with Government organizations and companies in China to manage existing projects that have been established. (G2G and B2B)
Responsibilities:
· Support implementation of approved programmes and ensure close follow up with relevant stakeholders in the execution of activities.
· Perform secondary research into new markets.
· Provide pre-trip and post-trip coordination of business plans and preparation of programmes and activities.
· Coordinate industry meetings and liaise with key stakeholders.
· Organize and host incoming overseas visits
· Assist with preparation, marketing, and publicity of programmes
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / International Relations.
· Experienced in organizing events.
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Fluent in spoken and written Chinese/Mandarin.
· Demonstrate interest in engaging people and building networks.
