Job Responsibilities:
- Process subsidy applications
- Liaise with centers to request supporting documents for:
- Verification of employment status and income
- Processing of Special Appeals
- Assessment of appeals for back-payment of subsidies
- Follow up on audit findings
- Handle queries from parents/centers through hotline and email
- Collate data and run a preliminary analysis for review of subsidy processes and internal controls framework
- Maintain the referrals registry for tracking & allocation of referrals and identifying the reasons for the appeals which can be used for review of the processes & service delivery
- Maintenance of e-Registry for Subsidy and KiFAS
- Other admin duties allocated as required e.g. coordinate Subsidy’s submission for audit purposes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Service-oriented, resourceful, and meticulous
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in grant administration or similar field will be an added advantage
