- Secretarial support to Manager
 - Meeting Minutes
 - Fix & update appointment in Manager's calendar
 - Handle email / correspondence / enquiries
 - Prepare PPT slides for manager
 - Manager's client servicing especially for online submission
 - Preparation for manager's meeting with internal and external stakeholders
 - Other ad-hoc duties
 
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above
 - Possesses 2-3 years of secretary experience in financial / insurance industry
 - Meticulousness and good communications skill.
