Job Description:
- Raise order in system based on customer request
- Ensure all information is completed and accurate
- Create order in System
- Email acknowledgement email to customer
- Amend order whenever requires
- Work closely with Account Manager/Sales Specialist/Product Manager to raise/close order or cases
Job Requirement:
- Diploma Holders
- Experience in Pegasus / CRM / ECOM, ICON, NGNIS. CRS, DSO Vendor Quotation System and SAP is an advantage
- Understand different scheme, plans and value-added combination
