• Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8:30am – 6pm), Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
• Salary: Hourly rated of $11/hour
• Duration: 8 Months
Key Responsibilities
• Provide a high level of professional customer service while replying to enquiries across CSC Service Touchpoints (feedback, email and calls) within Service Level Agreement
• Logging/Closing cases in Case Management Module (TREX) to ensure that all cases/feedback are logged properly
• Prepare outgoing mails (Register, Local & Overseas) for postage
• Facilitate courier deliveries/pickups while ensuring proper record keeping. Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery/pickups
Job Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with relevant working experience
• Strong problem solving and co-ordination skills
• Possess ability to multitask and work independently
• Good analytical and communication skills
