Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of application submission via GoBusiness Licence portal
- Liaison with other public agencies for verification of applicants’ records and supporting documentation
- Attend to public feedback and queries related to application at counter and through organisation's feedback channels, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: GCE 'O' Level
