1. Temperature Screeners
If you’ve kept up with the news, you’ll know that temperature screeners are in high demand. The responsibilities for the role are pretty straightforward and basic. Additionally, the moderately paid position is popular as it requires candidates to have little to no experience. A quick trawl through Google shows that candidates only require an N or O level certification to be qualified for the role. However, candidates with a nursing certification can work in hospitals, and potentially earn more.

2. Contact Tracing Assistant
If you’re interested in investigating, contact tracing might be the new gig for you. The goal of a contact tracer is to identify people who might have come into contact with an individual suspected of the Covid-19 virus. Contact tracers are typically broken up into four different roles: (a) Coordinates with the Ministry of Health, (b) Interviewing patients and close contacts, (c) Reviewing the data collected and (d) Tracking down contacts MOH has not managed to contact. The latter is often assigned to officers

The role of a healthcare assistant is to provide care to patients in various medical settings (i.e. hospitals, nursing homes, etc).
