Focus Booster: As an INFP (What is this?), this app has been somewhat of a lifesaver for me. The aim of this app is to improve your focus and productivity - with the help of the Promodoro technique.
Basically, the app will help you divide your tasks into bite-sized sessions. Each session is 25 minutes long, with a short 5-minute break in between. Users who need the additional “push” can choose to enable a ticking clock sound.
